Cybran T3 shield

and one more :) I made T3 shield for cybrans, with similar cost to UEF(slightly cheaper then UEF)

at least I can use it in campain missions :twisted:

If Cybran could click once for the shield they want it would be fine. If Cybran shields function like they used to, it would be even better...

Eco Manager has a hotkey to upgrade cybran shield to Maximum viewtopic.php?f=41&t=5433#p55035
