UI missing

Hi guys, some of you may have seen me online before but i thought yesterday i'll have a dabble at blackops for fun!

Buttt there seemed to be an issue, My construct UI seemed to be missing, i also had the blackops global icon support mod v5 on as-well, instead of a screenshot i've just edited one from the net for ease, basically the entire construction bar (highlighted in red in the image) is completely missing when I load up blackops, i don't know if I've press some random setting of if its just not loading this UI

so my questions:
is there a way to reload the UI
or where does faf store the game data for blackops (I've already looked in the mydocs/mygames/fa/mods and deleted those files and nothing changed)

any help appreciated i wanna play Blackops

I had same problem, check mods, turn them off and find which does that,

I thing my problem was AZUI V4,not sure though

yeah that's teh conclusion i'd normally do, but this is through the faf blackops button (in the game creation menu)
so thinking something has messed up, but cant find the official blackops mod
