can't see player statistics; rating doesn't change [SOLVED]

so when i click "view player statistics" nothing shows, for me or any other player. i don't think i've ever seen it working as far as i remember. any clue on this?


my rating has stationed at 700 and hasn't moved even though my team wins around 70% games; i have won a few myself
also, i usually try to play with equal/better ranked players. i don't play ladder though.
i know most games i play are ranked, or seem to be. i'd say i play around 7 games a week.
is it strange that the rating has been stuck at 700 for last 2-3 months?

Rating changes are highly dependent on which team has more total rating when going in to a game. If your team has more total rating you will only earn a small number of points for a win, while if you lose you may lose a large amount. Could that be the problem? For the statistics window not working you should post in the tech support forum, that's the forum that the people who can solve this look at.

As you can't view "playerstatistics" you think your rating don't change, but normally no worries it should have,

The thing is that you can only see in the lobby rounded rating hundred by hundred, ie. :

If you are 651 -> it will show 700
if you are 748-> it will show 700
if you are 751-> it will show 800 and so on

You probalby earn points from 651 to 749 and will be shown as 800 in a few more won..

But dt know about your problem unable to see "view player statitics" indeed it's usefull to see exactly how many points you won or loss after a game..

i was looking at ladder ratings because that's what shows on FAF lobby, i knew there was a global rating but never knew of the link to it - perhaps include a link to the page on the lobby?
anyway yes i think the rating makes sense now

as for the stats i'll try the section you mention (actually i used the search function but didn't found the issue)
