"Reclaim ground" command [SOLVED]

Hi, I was watching Apofenas's stream yesterday and he was talking about a "reclaim ground" command he was using. He clicked once nearby some reclaim and manual reclaim orders went on all the reclaim on that particular spot. I tried it myself by selecting reclaim and clicking near some reclaim patches but it didn't do anything. I meant to ask him yesterday but I forgot to do so. Does anyone know how it works?

That was from icedreamer's mod, balancepreview, you can find it in mod vault. He integrated area reclaim mod in it with lot of changes. And it works excatly how you saw that, if you click near to reclaim on ground, it will autoselect everything that is in range of engi.

Ah, so it's part of a mod, that would explain why it didn't work on standard FAF, thanks for the help guys.
