Can't launch FAF, can't even post in technical support

In a double edged sword, I'm back after 2 years.

Firstly, I can't create a new thread in the technical support forum. I don't know why. The new thread button isn't there, and manipulating the URL results in an error saying 'I can't post here'.

Secondly, FAF won't launch. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, ensured folders are deleted. Windows 7 64bit. I get this error:

Usually this error message occur when indeed the server is under maintenance nothing else, this generally don't last for a long time,

I don't know if you try to install/uninstall during the same period/time but normally the only solution when you encounter this message is waiting,

My FAF is also running under Windows 7 64bit,

Anyway: Please follow instructions so you can post in tech support, then make a new post in there containing your log files.
