FAF Rank reset?

Stuck at -500 and counting. Down.
I don't know why, I don't like it. Id join a game, and tell them to ignore my rank. (A guess would be im about 400 rated)
I get kicked from game for being too low of a rank, and it's not fair, I was too see if I can get a rank change/reset.

So I tried to look at some of your replays but I couldn't find many in the replay vault and only one that should affect your global rating. Can you upload some of your replays? We might be able to point out some obvious mistakes you are making. Since you are getting kicked from games all the time have you tried hosting them?

What I mean is im beating rank 400s in 1v1s
and nothing happens

Ladder rating does not affect global rating. They are 2 separate numbers. Unfortunately in the lobby only global rating is displayed...so even if you are good in 1v1, and you got a low global rating because you lost a couple of games at the start, you are still kicked

You can view your ladder rating in the leaderboards tab. What is your ladder rating?
