Very recommended, I jumped about 200 rating after mine... And won a tournament >:) It's really helpful to get a solid outside opinion on what the important aspects of your gameplay are and pick up some cool situational tricks while you're at it as an added bonus!

I'll also give my recommendations, got some good piece of advice and Zock was still able to point out clear mistakes from my basics, even i have at least 2000 games played in faf+gpgnet

I took a Zock lesson about a month ago and I have to say his paced and didactic manner gave me a really good amount of feedback that rivaled me watching replays on my own for a hundred hours.

Key notes that made me appreciate the lesson:

1) There are things in this game that you may not know about or use (maybe hotbuild keys, assist factory, etc). He will verbally describe and demonstrate them to you.
2) He WILL spot tactful decisions such as discontinuing eco'ing and how to better balance your eco/army build to keep pace
3) Knows when to use aggressive/passive statements to ensure it sticks (not at all in a mean manner) in your head - very good coaching
4) Gives great detailed suggestions throughout the lesson and encourages taking notes so they are not lost. He is very passionate about you keeping what you learned in the lesson from that point forward

I will be doing it again once I finish fine-tuning the tips he gave me.
