Help me please...

Hi all,

I have just got FA for xmas and have only just dl'd the FAF lobby thing... I created an account, verified it ect with my email and when I try to log in it tells me that my computer is tied to the account of someone called 'Jingles' or something so I cant log in... I have also tried my best to ask for help on the tech support forum but the relevant thread is closed and I cant seem make new ones...

All i want to do is play my new game with a bunch of people and make new friends... someone please tell me what the hell i did wrong

1st: If FAF says that someone has logged in at your PC before then talk to the previous owner (maybe your brother/father w/e) to login on another PC
2nd: there a big fat red box in the tech support forums

also ZeP can reset the lock and you can also use the steamlink if you do have steam

yea i read all the stuff in the big red box in the tech support but but it wont let me post, and i am the sole owner of this machine, i built it with my own hands... would this happen if someone uses the same wireless signal as me?

the only thing I can think of is someone is illigally jumping on my wireless, would that cause a problem?
