im new and i have high ping on battles

so heres the problem: before i enter the battle when im on the lobby, i have a normal ping (70 to 100) but when i enter the battles sudently the ping goes skyhigh and the game becomes unplayable, like jumping from 70 or 100 to 1000 or 3000 and staying there, i already tried turning off my firewall and turning off the antivirus at the same time, it didnt work. i really want to play online so some help would be appreciate

Hello bud, you are better off asking in the technical support section of the forum. Just to be sure it would be advisable to minimise the game while this is happening and run a ping test (pingtest.net) just to see whether it is your line giving you this fault or whether it is, indeed, a software issue.
