the mole and strat

i watch few cast recently and i notice something. When really player play cybran and they use (like other faction) the land scout. The cybran mole have the ability to cloak itself with a little cost of ener (5 if my memory is good). why good player dont use it. I use the ability make a really good far foward mobile t1 radar

about the cybran strat i rarely see player use the stealth to make a surprise run.. any reason

Normaly you use them at the first 5 mins of the game. No one has energy at this time
