How can I see "reclaimed" element of screen

How can I see "reclaimed" element of screen seen on a few youtube movies from replays?

Nn youtube I've also seen more unit informactions, like speed of autorepair. How to get it?

it works in ranked games and replays but during games you see ofc only your own stats^^

Now I can see how the Gaz_UI is useful for our commentators when they want to know where each player is at on the reclaim and how much they're ahead or behind on Eco but (and I am sincerely curious) where is the advantage of knowing your overall reclaim as a regular player?

It provides an excellent tool for looking over your own replays, and I gives you a frame of reference, in game.
