Hold Fire

Hi,

I'm experimenting with seraphim scouts and I've read many placed that there is a hold fire button. I can't find this. Can someone tell me how to "hold fire"?

While we are at it, how does one "ground fire"?

To groundfire, you first select it and then A-click the position you want to groundfire on ;)
