Tutorial: Intro to FAF / Forged Alliance

So I made a really simple tutorial for new players. It starts slow but picks up and covers most of the integral parts to playing properly - not playing simcity against the AI.

I might make a full tutorial series at some point if it will be useful to new players.

thats nice, maybe can be include too if Ze_Pilot updates the Tutorial Tab *hust* :mrgreen:
