as some of you probably noticed, the Tutorial-Tab is link to the Forum, a few "ladder maps presentations" (not up to date) and a not nessesarily self explaining Economy 101.
Time to change this!

Also i request a Tab for FAQ inside the tutorial Tab.
If want to have something gone over in a replay tutorial post here, if you want to help, post here and say what you want to take.
Every Tuturial shell be made on moonlight (except the Atilleries or navy or something, ask if you want to to do something on another map)
