Delete account FAF

Hello all.

I made a request to delete my FAF account 2 weeks ago.
I still haven't heard back. Is this normal ? or so it should be.

I delete my account for the reason that I made a return of the game in steam.

I still haven't heard back. Is this normal ? or so it should be.

There's no normal in this case cause as far as I am aware, FAF doesn't receive a lot of such requests.
We're also all volunteers so the person in charge of this was likely very busy. I have forwarded your message to the person responsible for this case.
