win loss ratio seems off

win loss ratio seems off

From my understanding the 1v1 win loss ratio should be the percentage of games I have won. However, I'm sure it went down after I won a game and my rank increased. It's been a long time since I played 1v1 but I'm almost certain I've won more games than its telling me.

Is the percentage instead the proportion of games I have lost?
