Lost Username so cant log in

Lost Username so cant log in

I lost my username and password on FAF, i went on my email and found an email from FAF about account confirmation, it said "Dear TheShiniGami" so i assume thats my username. Even so i cannot log in as apparently my account doesn't exist but my email is already in use. Anyone know how to solve this?
