Connetion time

I'm having troubles with establishing a connection with the game. When I try to enter a multiplayer skirmish match, host or join a Co-Op match, I get the game to pop up but all I get is the connection screen that takes and lasts up to 10-20 minutes and still nothing happens, just that same screen. I've checked to see if the unpn is checked in the settings menu and the port is set to 6112 as suggested and recommended but nothing seems to change anything, both I and a friend of mine are having this very same issue, can I get any assistance prior to this issue?

I though this was the tech support forums. I went to "start a new topic" in support forums since I couldn't find the issue I was having.

What information? the information the links in the red text tell you to give. (at the very least all your log files)
