aeon heavy arty adjency

I've heard that T3 aeon heavy arty gets double adjency from Pgens placed around it, i mean that its firing speed changes from 20 seconds to 5 seconds, like other arty does, in a result gets 4x DPS (2x damage + 2x adjency) Is that true?
