SCFA & Win10 pls help! :'(

Greetings!

My problem with this game and windows 10 is a quite unusual FPS meltdown.

Sympthoms:
During game installation, when the procedure reached directX installation, an error message appeared: "command line option syntax error. Type command/? for help."
First I thought it should not be a problem as far as win 10 manages dx 11 or 12. (so a dx 9 is included and usable, theoretically)
So i withdrawn the error msg and finished the installation.
However when i started the game, the FPS decreasing appeared:
In the main menu /where a little bit of animated background can be found/ i had about 8-10 FPS.
In some submenus with no animation there is about 50-70 - so it is OK
But starting a new game, entering the 3D fields, it lessen to 12-15 again.

What i have tried?
Compatibility mode (win8, win7, win XP SP3, win XP SP2, win Vista SP2 - none of them worked)
video driver updates
required dx9 download & install

PC specs:
Dell notebook
AMD Radeon HD 8850M
Intel HD Graphics 4400
Intel Core i7-4200U CPU

Did you make sure that the game uses AMD Radeon HD 8850M and not the intel hd graphics, cause that's pretty much how it would act if it run with that

Well i tried sth like that, but i want to ask you how can this be changed?
Maybe you know a little trick for that, what i have done is only open the Radeon options and made a high performance profile with SCFA.exe.
Is there any other way to change video adapter maybe in game?

In my opinion that should be the problem itself, i just do not know any solution.

Can you run other games on the monitor with good framerates ?
One issue i heard of somewhere else is people having their monitor plugged in in the ( vga/hdmi/dp/whatever) port of the on board gpu instead of the port of the seperate one. But that was more of a desktop thing, no idea how it works for a laptop.

Also are you using the game on both monitors ? The inbuild 2 screen mode is kinda buggy, a strechted window works way better afaik.

Yeah it is a laptop and i use just it's original monitor.
(maybe at the weekend I'll give connecting to an external HD monitor a try back at home)

However about other games:
They Run perfectly such as: World Of Tanks, Far Cry Primal, AOE3 40-60FPSs
