Help with ladder [Solved]

Hello ,
i'm relatively new to faf and wanted to try out ladder ranked , but when i click on the seraphim icon to queue in into a match it's taking a lot of time to find a match. I gave it 2 hours and i still had no match-up ; Is ranked dead or is it just me?

new players tend to have trouble getting matched. I suggest you host custom unranked 1v1s as those will still provide you with skill. At least, until this part of ladder is not fixed.

it actually has to find another person playing to match you with, so it might take time depending on the time of day
