Game no longer plays at a playable level.

I recently received an FaF update and after that every game I play(including solo) has the game lag like I have the worst processor in the world. Originally I thought it was UI mods as I wasn't all that familiar with them so I uninstalled FaF, deleted the mods completely and then reinstalled. It did absolutely nothing. The game still lagged(even on solo). It didn't slow down or anything, just lagged over and over again. It was unplayable for me.

I think I affect other people in the game as well, even though I have fine connection to them. I only had this problem after the most recent lobby update. I just want to know if this is an internal or external problem and when, if an external problem, will be fixed.
