Rank/Games played doesn't increase and can't play ladder

When I try to play 1v1 ranked games, the Searching bar appears and nothing happens, no matter how long I wait. I am able to play custom games, but my global ranking and number of games played do not change no matter how many games I complete. Both of them are at zero.

Known bug right now, look at tech-support before you make a post about something that might already be known.
