cant find automatch for ladder [SOLVED]

Hello! Im new to FAF but have had the game since vanilla SC and I have always loved it. Im so glad to have stumbled upon FAF! That being said, I have found it frustrating as just starting out, I have been unable to find any ladder matches at all, and as such, I cannot get a global rating! This is frustrating due to several games requiring a certain global rating ECT. If anyone has advice for this problem i would truly appreciate it!

The ladder is broken for some people, wait for a bug fix to come out from the devs before trying to play.

By the way, global rating is separate from ladder rating. You won't gain global rating from playing ladder games.

I understand that its separate, however, even playing 'ranked games' on customs, my match count is unchanged and I am not gaining global rating. These are matches without unit restrictions ect.
