Watching old replays without downloading all the time? [SOLVED]

Is there there a way to watch replays of different game versions without having to re download patches all the time? I seem to remember on a Gyle cast he said he used a sup com replay manager but i'm not sure if this is what he used it for and i can't find much info on it. I realise stocking patches consumes hard drive space but having the option would be really nice.

Supcom replay manager works only between versions 3596, 3598, 3599, 3603-beta, and also used to have FAF mode or FAF support, VERY long time ago, so long time ago when faf replays were saved in *.scfareplay format.

Replay manager needed to download special packs from some site, wish faf would do same, just download all patches once... (As an addictional option ofc)

Or at least keep most used patches, so you not have download patch beta all the time you want to play/use it, and then have to download normal faf again (thought i gotta say download is pretty fast of r me, and i rarely watch old replays)

Also old replays rarely used cause there are not ability to search them and no ability to rate/comment replays like in gpg
5 star on replay would often attract alot of views to an epic replay, currently we have to do that manually by posting our replays on forums

It's the finding the replays on the forums that actually made me post this. My net speed is obviously easily fast enough to play the game but slow enough to make downloading old patch to watch replay and then newest patch again to play quite annoying.
