Mod "Total Mayhem + Black Ops Global Icon" not working

The mods "Total Mayhem + Black Ops Global Icon" are not working together.

I have been downloaded the mod Total Mayhem from the vault and I need Black Ops Global Icon to see the icons. Now when I play, I only get my commander, but no build list. I cannot build anything since I cannot select anything.

If I load the Total Mayhem, without the Black Ops Global Icons, it works. I get the build list and I can build, however, there are no icons for the new items and units, so it is hard to select.

If I load the Total Mayhem and Black Ops Global Icon, and I play this without FAF, just as a single player, it also works, but my friends cannot join in due to version issues (Steam vs original).

Is there anyone that can help me solve this so I can play both mods on FAF toghether?

Afaik the FAF patch broke the mods and since the mod authors are afk, it has never been fixed
