Cant change options when i create own game

hi all,
when i start a own game faf, i cant change the options, when i click on the option tool, i cant do anything anymore in the screen, and i get this notification(picture)
does anyone know how i can solve this?
i tried to reinstall it, but that didnt work..

Your game crashes. You need to report this in tech support section with logs (how to do that is in the red wall of text there)

well i am not sure of its a game crash, because if i dont change the options, but just launch the game, i can normally play
