You can block numbers on android with the app mrnumber (On iPhone I dont know) and if he plays faf you might want to report him to a moderator so he gets a fancy ban?

You can add players to your foe list, which basicly comes down to blocking them!

To do so:
Find the players name in the list on the right in the #aeolus tab
Right-click and select "Add as foe"
