How to patch SC and FA (Steam Version)

Hello FAF forum.

My name is Doujin01 and I first say is 'hi'.

The reason why I am posting this is I have few questions in regarding how to patch SC and FA that are Steam Version.

First question, when I fire up SC and FA on steam it said that the game version 1.1.0 on SC and 1.6.6 on FA, now are those the "latest" version of those games? B/C when I was searching about this one guy said that they are the steam equivalent of the latest patch version but I'm not really sure if that is true.

Second question, if the first is false then it even "possible" to patch those both games? If so where can I find the link?

Any help would be great.

FAF is doing all the patching, no matter the version you have.

Okay, but when I launch SC from steam I still don't see any of the changes of the patches. Does the patches only show when playing on FAF? Is that how it works?

If you are using steam, everything is good too.

Steam version 1.6.6 is patch 3603 for CD version.

I assume that 3603 is the lastest patch for FA? I am right?

Then what about SC (the vanilla game)? What is the patch equivalent to 1.1.0?

Another question that just came to me is, does Steam appiclation auto-update the both SC (the vanilla game) and FA?
