Story related: Would it be possible to nanolathe pizza?

I was just wondering in the TA / Supcom universe story, would it be theoretically possible to nanolathe pizza? Everything points toward it being possible, but I think it might be denied in any official story canon because if you could nanolathe pizza, there would be no war.
