Try speaking to AwarE, he knows a lot about optimal AI settings.

nope there is no good AI,
you can set the sorian AI on x2.5 or more thats pretty hard to go

I had such a fail day Saturday, I need to practice. I have to travel 15km to get a decent internet connection, so I only get a chance to do this on weekends.

Fact is that AIs aren't that good. Ladder/Team Games is the way to go.
