Still, I would be interested in a more permanent discussion venue for a topic as influential as this.

I just hope that SupCom does not disolve into the ether, and that if someone does pick up the SupCom IP, it will be from a dev/publisher who will do something with it. :?

Also they bought the license for supcom 2, it's not a news.

What we would like to know is how is holding the publishing rights for supcom 1/FA.

Ahh, I wasn't aware. Interesting.
I've tried to look into the discovering the controller of the publishing rights and I haven't turned anything up. Does Square-Enix answer e-mails? Because they would surely know.
