Total Annihilation rights are sold?

On the gpg forums they say they're sold since the end of 2012 ...but to whom? Or just a joke? O_o Possibilitys that GPG bought them are conceivable.

I am sure everyone will be interested to hear that Atari has sold the rights for Total Annihilation.
It doesn't say to whom it was sold but my guess it would be to GPG.
