I was part of the early testers on Ashes, i remember tatsu being there and very vocal. Sadly my contribution was minimal as my pc was a potato at the time.

Any link to sign up as alpha/beta testers?

I saw multiple gameplay videos and I as a TA/SupCom player didnt like what I have seen, unless it changed recently a lot...

weird unit movement, to chokepointy, terrible air fly/combat

I think you talk about Ashes of the Singularity 1. And yes it s a slow paced RTS. The 2 seems to be something different.
