Statistically, retards in your team are countered by the retards in enemy team. Work on your skills and you are going to have more victories than losses on average. Which in turn will start placing you in stronger teams.

Avoid the temptation (if any) to necessarily attribute your victories to your superior skill, since they might be caused by the opposing retards
