Supcom 2 is extremely unbalanced and every map ever can be won by spamming megalith 2 asap and doing only this.

Recently saw a EA on steam about a RTS where you make units from scratch.
Kinda what i always wanted after seeing Warzone 2100, though I'd have preferred a system more similar to Chromehounds.

IN what sense? You mean build your own custom units to fight?

Uncrewed i think it's called.
Shame that is quite claustrophobic, short ranges, smaller scale than SupCom (though that encompasses 99% of games and even some grand strategy stuff), worst of all is the tiny FoV for me

in warzone you had to design a unit. choose body, choose engine/tracs, choose gun - done
warzone had about 13 bodies, 5 tracks (wheels, semi-wheels, tracks, hover and VTOL). and a ton of different guns.
they were no super diverse and new ones often make old ones redundent but it still was pretty cool, especially in campaing

This game 100% needs a remake. Maybe building things from resizeable blocks (search game avorion) and the cost, effectiveness, point of unit depends on what you built. A slow super-powered, untra-expensive tank, or small, quick unexpensive "scout"
