Anyone out there playing stellaris? I played it for over 100 hours now and I wasn't able to win a game so far ^^
But I love this game, the mod support is just amazing and every game is different.

It's on my wishlist, looks similar to endless space. Sadly the closest i come to playing games these days is watching other people do it on youtube. Just don't have the time or energy to invest in these things any more.

i played it a bit a few months back and the terrible system where you couldn't demand that the enemy gives up planets etc when you've wiped out their entire fleet and bombard everything they have for hours was too disgusting

played a bit more recently and it seems to be a lot less rough around the edges overall

you should definitely check out the mod icon packs (one of the more popular ones has the supcom faction icons in it so you can make your own custom UEF/Cybran/Aeon/Seraphim faction)

Yeah I can undestand this. You want to play 1 hour a week for example but you need like 10 hours to learn a game and that is exhausting.

Omg there are supcom icon packs! That is awesome!
I'm playing with around 30 mods at the moment and yeah I heard it that they patched a lot. The vanila gameplay wasn't great, I mean they don't even have enough colours for all factions. ^^

I read a little bit about the new patch they are working on and it looks like they know what needs to be changed. E.g. they will change the spaceport system and a lot more.

I've been playing Stellaris as well for a while now. Also recreated the SupCom factions, although I didn't know about the icon pack. The Cherryh Update looks like it'll change the game drastically.
