What mouse are you using?

Postby Voodoo » 23 Mar 2016, 12:04

Hallo all,

my mouse died again. The wheel gave up and i think FA killed it ^^. You know the problem as we all are using the zoom function instead the arrow keys at the keyboard to scroll over the map. Only my 10 years old logitech mouse survived FA.

I was using a Razer Imperator until know and it was a nice one but i need a new one now. So i wonder what you are using at the moment or what you would buy if you have enough money.

I bought a Roccat Kova two days ago but i'm not happy with it (it feels wrong). So i'm looking for the new logitech G402 at the moment. What are your thoughts? No one needs a gaming mouse? A mouse should have more then 9 keys? :)

I love my Razer Deathadder, it's the perfect standard mouse.

I've always disliked mouses with a lot of unnecessary extra buttons

The death adder is a solid one for sure. I am currently using a naga, but if you don't like extra buttons don't get it :P . The one thing I do really like about it thought is that it has a left and right lean on the mouse wheel. I have alt set to those so I can just lean on the wheel for attack move orders, super easy. It is a small mouse though, so might not be the most comfy if you have very large hands.

Logitech Performance MX held up good so far, finger dirt sticks abit much to the mousewheel though.
Gotta love the free spinning mousewheel though.

this one.

its 80% of a razer imperator and 25% of the price. (it was nice mouse but too expensive to replace)
been using it for a couple of years now and its really good.

not perfect - the grip isn't superb and its not compatible with windows 10 at all apparently. also seems like its out of stock now.

they have this one which is more expensive and i never tried it but you never know, might be worth looking at

Peace through superior firepower.

No idea about the 402 but i have the 502 and i like it.
It's a bit big for my hand so i'll assume it's perfect for you because you're probably bigger/taller than me as a human. (they need to make smaller mouse... they're all huge >.>)
Also the wheel can free spin or you can lock is and get clicky noises to annoy everyone!
It comes with 5 or 6 super cute weights you can put into the mouse depending on your preferences and you can easily switch between 3 different profiles with a click of a button. So like i can go from super low dpi for cs:go to super high for rts and normal for studying with a click. #lazy
And also the mouse, you can let it free spin or lock it so it makes clicky noises when you scroll =D
Best thing is the little light on the mouse pulses #aestheticcrewbro =P

Anyways, the mouse was a present so i did some research afterwards and i read on a few places that 402 is less accurate etc? Depends if that matters to you ahaha <3
Anyways good luck! That's my 2 cents ^^

edit: i just realised i have the longest post so far... fml. tl;dr--> logitech mice are nice i think? ^^
