left click delay in windows 8.1

For people who might be pissed off about their mouse try this:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PrecisionTouchPad
make new reg_dword32 "AAPThreshold" and set it to 0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PrecisionTouchPad\Status
set enabled to 0

I do not have a touchpad, but this did get rid of an annoying delay

another registry edit that might help mouse response
go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\MouseKeys

delete the three entries under the (default) entry

(you can get these back if you go to windows accessability options and turn on mouse keys)

sign in and out to get windows to see the change
