Version 2 adjusts balance.

Balance changes:
-truck health 400->450
-Civilian Structure health: various --> standardized to 1500 (in most cases, this is an increase of about 80%)
-Reduced offense benefit from a civilian kill (from 0.25 mass/sec to 0.15 mass/sec)
-Attackers now get initial visibility on all structures: Attackers will be able to see all civilian structures on the map for 1 second at the start of the game.

Why the offense benefit from a civilian kill has been reduced. Can you explain me please.
