Is this mod dead?

Hey I know that due to recent changes in the server architecture quite a few of the mods that were previously official mods are now incompatible, but I haven't seen this mod get even mentioned in like the past 3 years. Is there a chance that it will ever come back?

that would be really nice, especially since I made a huge number of maps (the ultimate maps) that have very decent civilian bases (which are even adjustable in the lobby)...

I didnt test civilian defence for a long time, what's broken exactly?
