Phantom and Winter Patch

I know there's a pretty strong community of people who play a lot of phantom and I think the winter patch will have a very strong Impact on the Phantom metagame (cheaper SCU's, weaker shields, etc...) Is there any way we can test both the December Balance and play Phantom at the same time?

if you mix the the futured balance testing with one of meads "activate in game mods" it should work (?)

Yes.

Regarding the changes themselves, many will have negligible impact on Phantom games. For example, while SCUs are cheaper, the cost of RAS has gone up by the same amount, so there is little practical change. The biggest impact will come from the change to shield mechanics (more viable t3 Art, major shift in naval balance against Uef and, to a lesser extent, Aeon) and maybe the new carriers.
