uef: jamming( no t2 mobile shield anymore )
cybryan: stealth
aeon: shield
seraphim: EMP/jamming/slow moving field ? have to be decided

also a t2 static jamming field for each faction that should cost less than the stealth field. This could add some interesting strategic possibility to the game.

If you're going to put it that way (and of course assuming that coding can actually make the jamming as powerful as stealth), seraphim should obviously get regen fields.
