Black Ops ACU v.14 UEF Com 'Energy Lance' Won't Fire.

Hi, when the UEF Commander is upgraded with the T2 shield that gives the 'Energy Lance' weapon. The Energy Lance weapon won't fire upon land or air targets regardless of range.
