Blackops acu upgrades

There are quite some acu upgrades broken. Most noteworthy the aeon and cybran lazers don't fire at all, and i think some other minor upgrades were broken as well.

will add a replay if i'm home, unless these bugs are already known

Yep, ACU weapon upgrades (Cybran Rockets, UEF Antimatter Gun etc..) for all races don't fire. Borked.

Well... Testing with current FAF release and BlackOps 12, I cannot reproduce any issues at all. Everything works fine my end.

It only breaks if you upgrades, build something, then fire. It works fine if you just fire.
