Possible to get Czar to rotate again?

Howdy! I was just wondering if it would be possible to get the Czar to rotate again whilst being compatible with switching firing modes while using blackops. It used to rotate with a mod I used a whiiiiiiile back ago, but a faf patch broke the mod and I had to abandon it. Not sure how complicated such a thing would be, and it is simply an aesthetic though it does look nice.
