Tempest bug

I don't know if its just me or not but the Tempest seems like its broken. when i launch the game through FAF on blackops the tempest just uses the regular model and not the new one with gunships on it. Also its main gun jus gets stuck in its compartment and no animations are present. Just wanted to give a heads up or if anyone else had this bug.
