How do I install this thing? I can't download the old version in FAF vault.

You should place mods into a folder named Mods at the following directory:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance \mods\

Are there any other thing that I need to run this mod? Because when I use this mod I can't produce anything. Any production unit/structure does not show the construction bars when selected. Everything move fine but I can produce anything.

This mod is only for the Supreme Commander Forged Alliance Version 3650.
Maybe you are using the Supreme Commander 3652(beta) Version or an older version then 3650 ?

I figured out the issues. I had to turn off the BlackOps golobal icon. Thanks.

Also, do you know how can I see the weapon damage from the mod files? The first tier upgrade don't show the weapon DPS. It seem that after 3 upgrade, the cybran ac laser don't have the 4000dps that it has in the vanilla game.

Sorry, i dont know how the veterancy upgrades work.

I found out.
In the unit folder you can edit individual unit i.e. ACUs
There you can modify every individual weapon and upgrade.
