Praise, feedback, balance suggestions

So, on a whim I downloaded this mod and played it with my brother. It turns out to be super fun, and because of the mod's integration with the Sorian AI and "low level" experimental I definitely got rolled a few times in a way I did not expect.

I'd love to give feedback, sing praises, ask questions, and suggest balance changes... but if the mod maker does not check these forums and if the mod is "done" I would just be wasting everyone's time.

Anyone know if this is an appropriate forum for this kind of feedback?
