coop and downloadin game files everytime

pls can someone do something with this? when I start coop I have to download same files everytime, it is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoying

Why I have to do that when I already downloaded it many times?????

and now it is incredible slow ( no my net is fine)
